Nalina has over 20 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution. She has been a lead counsel in wide range of disputes for both domestic and international clients.

 

She focuses on numerous areas including corporate commercial litigation, intellectual property rights, technology, e-commerce, shareholders disputes, white collar crime and regulatory disputes. Nalina practises primarily in the High Courts throughout India, Civil Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunals, National Company Law Tribunal, National Green Tribunal and the Supreme Court of India. She also advises on matters before law enforcement agencies relating to corporate criminal investigation.

Apart from trial and appellate practice, Nalina handles large format infrastructure disputes for construction companies and government undertakings before the courts and arbitration tribunals.
