R. Vasudev primarily services clients related to the real estate industry. In his career spanning over 18 years, he has extensively advised institutional and individual lenders, investors, real estate developers, and end users of real estate products in hospitality, manufacturing, medical services, and IT&ITES sectors from India and overseas.

Having handled transactions of varied complexity and requirements, he provides comprehensive legal services, including transactional, advisory and due diligence, for debt, private equity and joint venture transactions, in addition to the general real estate transactions like joint development, sale and lease. 

 

Since 1999, he has been associated with leading law firms, having also worked with a reputed real estate developer for a brief period of time.
